THE 2022 SCHOLARSHIP GALA WAS A HUGE SUCCESS!

Thank you so much for your support of the CHSU Scholarship Gala. We enjoyed a wonderful evening together at our College of Osteopathic Medicine. Together we exceeded our goal for CHSU Student Scholarship funds!

The support of our generous donors gives hope to deserving students and empowers them to follow their dreams to serve you, your families, and our vastly underserved community.

About the Gala

The annual Ignite the Future Scholarship Gala, hosted by California Health Sciences University (CHSU), is an opportunity for the community to help CHSU students finance their doctoral health care education through the CHSU Scholarship Fund. CHSU graduates will help alleviate the Central Valley’s health care provider shortage by training and retaining our next generations of clinicians. From inside local hospitals to behind the pharmacy counter, and even in the doctor’s office, CHSU Pharmacists and future graduates from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and additional schools to come are the future of our primary care. Many CHSU students come from local areas and are a reflection of the Central Valley’s great diversity. The majority are “home grown” with deep roots and have a passion to elevate the health of our region – their home. Many are first in their family to obtain a college degree and without the existence of CHSU or the financial assistance from the scholarship fund, a significant number would not have the opportunity to obtain professional degrees in health care. Thank you for investing in CHSU students through your gifts to the California Health Sciences University Scholarship Fund.
