CHSU Honors Class of 2025 Medical School and Master’s Program Graduates

California Health Sciences University (CHSU) proudly honored its medical school and master’s program graduates at the CHSU Class of 2025 Commencement and Hooding Ceremony on Sunday, May 18, 2025 at the Save Mart Center at Fresno State.
CHSU made history with its second and largest cohort of graduates to train and retain physicians to serve our local community.
“We are proud to advance our mission to improve access to healthcare by educating
and training physicians to serve the Central Valley and beyond. I’m so proud to see our
second cohort of physicians graduate and serve as compassionate, knowledgeable and
skilled health care providers,” stated John Graneto, DO, Dean of the CHSU-COM.
131 graduates walked the stage to receive their diploma with their friends and family in attendance at the commencement and hooding ceremony. CHSU administration, faculty, staff, trustees, preceptors, dignitaries, and elected officials also honored the graduates. Here are some key statistics:
- CHSU achieved 100% match rate for class of 2025
- 60% of residencies are in Primary Care
- 23% of residencies are in the Central Valley
- 71% of residencies are in California
- 109 medical students will graduate
- 22 master’s program students will graduate
