WSCUC Reaffirmation of Accreditation Site Visit Update

CHSU is excited to welcome the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) visiting team February 28 – March 1, 2024. Below are the members of the WSCUC team:

During the visit, the WSCUC team will hold open meetings at the 2500 Alluvial Campus room 150A with students, staff and faculty to provide an opportunity for informal input from all members of the campus community about their experiences with the institution:
- Open student meeting: Thursday, February 29, 12:15 –1:00 PM
- Open faculty meeting: Wednesday, February 28, 2:00 – 2:45 PM
- Open staff meeting: Thursday, February 29, 10:15 – 11:00 AM
WSCUC understands that not everyone who may wish to participate can attend these meetings and has, therefore, established a confidential email account to give everyone the opportunity to communicate with the team. The account has been sent to CHSU community through e-mail and will close March 1, 2024, at Noon.
On March 1, from 11:30 a.m. to Noon, the accreditation team will hold an exit meeting with the university community where they will report their commendations and recommendations. The session will take place at 120 Clovis Campus, Classroom 1 and will be broadcast for those who cannot attend in person.
