CHSU Awarded 2024 Friend of Safe Kids Award for Education

Kristina Pasma, RN, Trauma Injury Prevention Coordinator at Valley Children’s Hospital and Coalition Coordinator for Safe Kids Central California and Officer John Belli from the Fresno Police Department Traffic Division presented the 2024 Friend of Safe Kids award for Education to President Flo Dunn at California Health Sciences University (CHSU) today. CHSU was one of three recipients recognized by the Safe Kids Central California coalition each year.

CHSU is proud to have hosted the National Child Passenger Safety (CPS) Certification classes held by Safe Kids Central California on our campus over many years for about 200 National CPS certified technicians.
