A Message from President Dunn Regarding WSCUC Accreditation Status

July 31, 2017

We’re proud to continue to progress through the accreditation processes with WSCUC and ACPE.
We sincerely appreciate the guidance, commendations, and recommendations made by the WSCUC Visit team and Commission this past June. Our entire campus community is focused and enthusiastic about graduating our first class of pharmacy students in May 2018. This next critical milestone is necessary before we can be considered for full accreditation.

Achieving and maintaining Candidate status with ACPE is critical as it grants our students the same rights as full accreditation allowing them to take the pharmacy board exams upon graduation.
With the leadership and guidance from Dr. Wendy Duncan, Provost, Dr. Daniel Brown, Dean of Pharmacy, and our amazing team of administrators and faculty, we are providing our students with an excellent pharmacy education.
This achievement also gives incoming students the reassurance they need to select our new, innovative pharmacy program right here in the Valley.
Sincerely,

Florence T. Dunn
President
