Nancy was one of 2,000 students to present a poster at the conference. The poster presented was titled, “Gender Differences in Community and Civic Engagement.” Co-authors of the abstract were Class of 2019 pharmacy student, Carrie Vue, and faculty members, Drs. Stanley Snowden and Patty Havard and Dr. Bethanne Carpenter.
The conference took place on December 2nd through the 6th and is one of the top ranked global health care meetings across all professions. The annual meeting features professional development workshops, oral and poster presentations, and opportunities to network and learn about the latest innovations.
“I had a wonderful experience presenting at the Midyear Clinical Meeting this December,” said Nancy. She added, “I am so fortunate to have the support and dedication of faculty members at CHSU.”
